Yes — bKash, Nagad and Rocket are built in. Activate them with your merchant credentials, or use a personal account with a transaction ID.
Do you support Cash on Delivery?
Yes. COD is fully supported. Orders are automatically marked as pending until the courier confirms delivery.
Are there transaction fees?
We don't charge extra transaction fees. You only pay your standard bKash, Nagad or Rocket rate.
How do I receive my earnings?
Payments go directly to your bKash, Nagad or Rocket account — no middleman, no holding period.
Which courier services do you integrate with?

How does Pathao booking work?
From your order dashboard, click 'Book Pathao'. Customer address is auto-filled. You get a tracking number instantly.
Can I set my own delivery charges?
Yes. You can set flat rates, per-zone rates, or free shipping thresholds — fully flexible.
Do customers get tracking updates?
Yes. Tracking status syncs back from Pathao and Steadfast automatically. Customers see live updates.
How many products can I add?
Free trial: up to 10. Starter and above: unlimited products with no listing fees.
Can I have multiple storefronts?
Starter plan includes 1 storefront. Growth includes 3. Pro includes unlimited storefronts.
Can I connect my own domain?
Yes. Start with a free subdomain (yourstore.boniklabs.com) and connect a custom .com domain any time.
Can I import products in bulk?
Yes — on the Growth and Pro plans. Import via CSV or copy from existing sources using our bulk import tool.
What analytics do I get?
Revenue, orders, conversion rate, top products, customer geography, and courier performance — all in real time.
Can I export my sales data?
Yes. Export any date range as CSV from the analytics dashboard. Growth and Pro plans include scheduled exports.
Is there an inventory alert system?
Yes. Set a minimum stock threshold per product. You'll get a dashboard notification when stock runs low.
How do I get support?
